LUVEX is a vendor-neutral platform. The Quality Gate is the process that keeps it that way: every manufacturer entry and every lamp listing is verified before it goes public. No pay-to-list, no ranking bias.
What we check
Mandatory data
Every entry must carry complete core data — company identity, location, contact, and product scope. Incomplete records never reach the public directory.
Site-first verification
Manufacturer identity is verified against the company's own official website and imprint — not third-party aggregators. What we publish, we have seen at the source.
Tier classification
Each manufacturer is classified by what it actually does — component maker, system builder, or distributor — so buyers compare like with like.
Completeness rule
A record goes public only when it is complete. Internally, staff see every record with a warning badge for missing fields; the public sees only the finished ones.
The badge for lamp listings
For lamp listings, manufacturers can submit a model for full LUVEX review. Our experts check the datasheet, the measurement report, and the manufacturer's authorisation to publish. A listing that passes carries the Verified-by-LUVEX badge — and partner-program members get prioritised placement in the review queue.
What the Quality Gate is not
Not pay-to-list
A manufacturer cannot buy its way into the directory. Listing is earned by passing the checks — not by paying for a slot.
Not a ranking auction
Position is not for sale. Manufacturers are compared by spec, tier, and verification status — never by who paid the most.
