Listeria monocytogenes ist als Lebensmittelpathogen besonders relevant für Eier-Schalendesinfektion. Wächst auch bei 4°C (Kühlhaus-Resistenz). Bildet keine Sporen, daher UV-C-empfindlich. **Praxis-Hinweis:** Reaktivierung nicht nachgewiesen, aber Cell-Repair durch SOS-Response möglich nach Sub-Letalbestrahlung.
