About this system
The bluepoint 4 is a high-performance, full-spectrum UV spot-curing system for adhesive applications needing high UV doses, usable in manual workstations or integrated into automated assembly. It offers infinitely variable UVA intensity between 2,000 and 14,000 mW/cm² and programmable exposure sequences. It uses a 150 W high-pressure mercury lamp (~3,000 h typical life), interchangeable filters for different spectra, RS232/PLC interfaces and a slide-out lamp module. Applications: localized curing of protective coatings and encapsulants, bonding/potting of electronic/optical/medical components, and fluorescent excitation for material testing.
