About this system

The LED Powerline ACIC with LED Powerdrive IC is a high-intensity, air-cooled LED curing system for UV- and visible-light-curable adhesives and coatings, producing intensity up to 22,000 mW/cm². It comes in two module families (ACIC 410 and ACIC 820 XP) with output windows from 78×10 up to 122×20 mm, stackable into larger areas without intensity gaps. LEDs are available in 365/385/395/405/460 nm with typical service life over 20,000 hours; powered via the optional LED Powerdrive IC or external 48 V supply with PLC signals.
