About this system
modulux is IST METZ's all-purpose water-cooled LED-UV curing system, positioned as the workhorse for label printing. It enables seamless LED integration after each printing station and handles a wide range of substrates — from paper and shrink sleeves to unsupported films, metallic foil and heat-sensitive synthetics — at speeds up to 200 m/min. It can run as a hybrid/interchangeable LED system together with the BLK arc-lamp system.
