LUVEX is the independent UV technology platform. Every manufacturer listing is Quality-Gate-validated. We have no sales pressure because we don't sell — we facilitate contact.
What this means in practice
No commission per sale
We earn from manufacturer subscriptions for platform-services (featured listings, partner-program, verified-badge priority review). We do not earn from individual product sales — so we have no incentive to push one manufacturer over another.
No goods, no imports
LUVEX never owns, ships, or imports UV products. Contracts are formed directly between you and the manufacturer or their authorized distributor. This keeps liability with the actual seller and lets us stay neutral.
Quality-Gate before listing
Every manufacturer profile goes through our review process before going public. We check measurement data, certifications, and manufacturer claims — but we do not warrant individual product specs.
Knowledge before recommendations
Before we point you to manufacturers, we teach. The Atlas, Atlas globe, and Simulex simulator give you the technical foundation to evaluate offers yourself.
The legal frame
The intermediary role is anchored in our Terms of Service — Section 2a (Intermediary Role): we are not a contracting party to product sales, not an agent of either side, and not an importer of record under EU market-surveillance regulations.
